Family Programs

The minimum age of participants for Private Family Programs is 5 years. Custom Family Programs are all ages. All participants under the age of 19 must be accompanied by their guardians.

Wilderness Survival and Bushcraft Skills for Families (1 day, 6 hours)

This private program introduces your family to safety in the outdoors and entry-level wilderness survival and bushcraft skills. Your family will learn about determining survival priorities and safe tool use.

Outdoor Living Wilderness Survival and Bushcraft Skills for Families (2 days, 6 hours per day, no overnight)

This private program for families allows your family to learn how to deal with unexpected situations in the wilderness. Your family will learn and practice important bushcraft skills relevant to wilderness survival.

Life in the Wilderness for Families (2 days, 1 night, 6 hours per day)

The Life in the Wilderness private program will help your family develop critical thinking and practical skills to significantly improve your family’s confidence in the outdoors. Survival priorities, bushcraft tool skills and ways to develop a survivalist mindset are integral to this program.

Custom Self-Reliance Family Program (Custom length)

The Custom Self-Reliance Family Program is for families looking to develop their outdoor life skills and learn how to become self-reliant as a family. After an initial consultation and skills assessment, we will work with your family to create a program that is suitable to your family’s needs. Your family will practice skills essential to surviving in the wilderness.
